Support Missouri's Fallen Public Servants While Enjoying
a Great Day of Golf
Every registration and sponsorship helps the Missouri 10-33 Benevolent Fund provide immediate financial assistance to the families of Missouri public servants who lose their lives in the line of duty.
Governor Roger B. Wilson was well known for his annual golf tournaments and his lifelong commitment to public service. When he stepped away from elected office, the Wilson family chose to continue that tradition in a meaningful way — using those tournaments to help support the families of Missouri public servants killed in the line of duty through the Missouri 10-33 Benevolent Fund.
One founding board member recalled the very first tournament as both memorable and symbolic of the mission itself. During the event, participants not only enjoyed a day of fellowship and golf, but also assisted in the apprehension of an alleged fugitive nearby. Laughing as he reflected on the moment, he remarked, “You couldn’t have asked for a better way to begin an annual tradition — and definitely not the group that fugitive wanted to meet that day.”
Today, the Missouri 10-33 golf tournaments continue to bring together friends, supporters, public servants, and communities from across Missouri — united by a shared commitment to honor sacrifice and support families during times of tragedy.
All tournaments are open to teams and supporters from across the state, with the annual Open Tournament at Columbia Country Club remaining a special tradition for Governor Wilson’s longtime friends and new supporters alike.
